About the Role
Due to exciting continued growth, We now seek an engaging and Operations-focussed Human Resources Manager to lead from the front. This role will be based at our Head Office in Helensvale (QLD) – close to the M1, local shopping centre and only 15 minutes from the nearest beach. We also have an onsite café!
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will build our HR framework to support growth, leadership development and consistency. Once built, you will then utilise your extensive interpersonal skills to reach and connect to our people; enhancing overall growth and culture engagement.
This is not a traditional Human Resources Manager role – you will need to think fast on your feet and act as a trusted advisor to the Executive team, providing guidance on organisational development, leadership, performance management and talent strategy.

Key Focus Areas
* Building practical HR framework from scratch
* Provide coaching to our Senior Leaders; helping them to enhance their leadership effectiveness – through design and implementation of training programs, tailored to their needs
* Workforce planning, ER, performance and engagement – you will have an established team to support you
