We're seeking a skilled Part-Time Accountant to manage our financial operations across the park and our on-site café. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using MYOB
* Manage payroll, superannuation, and staff expenses in compliance with Fair Work standards
* Oversee BAS, PAYG, and statutory reporting
* Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
* Reconcile MYOB with Total Synergy and ensure accurate financial data integration
* Provide financial oversight for Aunties Café food van, including sales tracking and inventory costing
* Support management with financial insights, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting
* Mentor internal staff and contribute to financial literacy and process improvement
* Maintain governance documentation and assist with audit readiness
* Identify opportunities to streamline systems and support digital transformation
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CPA/CA preferred)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with strong MYOB expertise
* Advanced skills in MYOB for payroll, reporting, and compliance
* Solid understanding of Australian financial regulations and tax obligations
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
* Proven ability to mentor and support team members
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
