Experience Required:
- Experience working within a Supermarket
- Leading and developing a team to deliver exceptional results
- Strong customer service skills and a knack for merchandising
- Ability to manage the team and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Financial expertise, including managing GP, sales, budgets, and wages
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- IT knowledge, including systems like Microsoft Office
