Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team on a temporary basis to assist with an exciting, up-coming campaign! The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Temporary Marketing Manager to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will lead and deliver strategic marketing initiatives that raise awareness of our aged care services and strengthen community engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of older Australians. This temporary assignment will be for up to 5 months - with a potential for extension beyond this. Key responsibilities will include: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and values Lead the delivery of end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (print, digital, community) Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aged care residents and families, community groups, and external suppliers Collaborate with creative, digital, and media agencies to ensure consistent and values-driven messaging Develop and manage a strategic marketing calendar Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed Stay informed of sector trends, community needs, and relevant regulatory updates Support the planning and promotion of events and community outreach initiatives The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in leading end-to-end marketing campaigns and managing budgets, ideally within the aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors Strong strategic thinking and a hands-on approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for purpose-driven work and community-focused outcomes Experience in digital marketing and social media management Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively Strong attention to detail and a collaborative working style The Benefits: Contribute to a mission-driven organisation that makes a real difference Work in a supportive and compassionate environment Flexibility and autonomy in your role Guidance from experienced leaders in the sector Opportunities for contract extension or permanent placement Why Temp?
