Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Associate who is hungry, driven, and ready to generate some leads in the Cyber Security space. This isn't a "sit and wait" role. We are looking for a lead-generation specialist who thrives on cold calling and LinkedIn outreach. You will attend networking industry events, manage a high-volume pipeline (HubSpot pros, we're looking at you!), and win for a cause - every sale helps drive social impact.

The Role
This is a true hunter-style Business Development role focused on generating qualified leads within the NFP sector. You'll be stepping into an established and well-structured cyber offering, working alongside experienced cyber leaders to help organisations strengthen their resilience and protect vulnerable communities. Beyond driving growth, you'll be contributing to meaningful social impact, with a clear pathway to progress into a Cyber Sales Lead role as the division continues to expand.
You Will Be
* The face of the division: attending networking events, industry conferences, and sector forums to build a "gold-standard" pipeline.
* The outreach expert: owning the cold call, mastering LinkedIn, and designing outbound strategies that get CEOs and Boards to pay attention.
* The strategist: working closely with their Cyber Team Lead to qualify leads and move them through the funnel.
* The Student: Developing genuine subject-matter expertise in Cyber Security (Essential Eight, NIST) to speak with authority and credibility.
What You Bring
* The Hunter: You are driven by targets, focused on volume (300+ leads), and obsessed with conversion.
* Sales Instinct: Whether you've done a sales bootcamp or have 1-2 years of BD experience, you have the "sales DNA."
* Teachable Empathy: You can balance a "hard-charging" sales approach with a deep understanding of the resource constraints NFPs face.
* System Fluency: HubSpot experience is a massive plus.
