Store Leadership Role
We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.
* Set the tone for exceptional customer experiences and drive team performance by achieving key performance indicators.
* Develop succession plans to ensure team members have opportunities for growth and development.
* Implement visual merchandising strategies in-store and make informed commercial decisions.
* Manage stock levels, including ordering stock and maintaining accurate inventory control systems.
* Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to team members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and achieve key performance indicators.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, sales, and productivity.
3. Maintain accurate records of employee hours worked, leave, and other relevant information.
4. Manage stock levels, including ordering stock and maintaining inventory control systems.
5. Analyse data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
