About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving practice, you'll play a key role in providing high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
* Experience as a Dental Receptionist - preferred
* Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
* Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) & Trios Scanner (desirable)
You are:
* Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
* An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
* Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
