Key Responsibilities:
* Partnering with senior leaders to identify talent acquisition strategies.
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for lawyer and support staff roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Leading graduate recruitment programs across multiple offices.
* Drafting and posting job advertisements, including on LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Maintaining relationships with preferred recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
* Developing recruitment materials and strategies to promote our employer brand.
* Supervising and mentoring HR professionals.
* Supporting broader HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
