Electricians (Wind Technician(s)) Required for Windfarm Construction (counts as regional work)
QLD & NSW – The work starts in early 2026 | Windfarm Construction | 12+ Month Projects – 3/1 roster DIDO.
Our client is a complete mechanical and electrical solutions provider to the wind industry in Australia. We are looking for Australian licensed electricians and overseas trained electricians willing to work towards Australian licensing.
ROSTER & HOURS
* 3:1 roster – 10‐hour days, Monday to Saturday
PAY & PERKS
* $43–$61 per hour (based on experience)
* $25 daily travel allowance
* $60 daily LAFHA
* Penalty rates on overtime
* Counts toward regional work
VISA & SPONSORSHIP
Visa sponsorship opportunities available for the right candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
* Windfarm experience (highly regarded but not essential)
* Own basic hand tools
* Vestas Level C or D (advantageous, not essential)
* A valid Australian work visa such as Working Holiday Visa holders, Australian Citizens or Permanent Australian Residents

* HLTWHS005 – Conduct Manual Tasks Safely
* HLTAID009 – Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
* HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
* UETDRMP010 – Perform First Aid in an ESI environment (Electrical Services Industry)
* CPPFES2005 – Demonstrate First Attack Fire Fighting Equipment
* PUAFER008 – Confine Small Emergencies in a Facility
* UETDRMP018 – Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel (LVR)
