This role offers a minimum of 15 hours per week and requires consistent availability on **Thursdays and Saturdays.** Our ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work an occasional Monday and Tuesday, when needed. The standard roster may be subject to change over time in line with business requirements.Shifts are balanced between front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
