Our client is a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing accessible and affordable transport services for older individuals, people with disabilities, and those facing transportation challenges in South-East and Inner West Sydney. Position Overview:
They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Client Service Team Leader. In this role, you'll lead a team of Client Service staff, fostering relationships with clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. You'll work closely with the Operations Team and Community Programs Coordinator to facilitate effective service delivery across our organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting clients in accessing transport services
Implementing client-centered service processes
Managing client records and transport bookings
Maintaining relationships with external client groups
Managing client feedback and complaints
Overseeing the performance of the Client Service team
Providing leadership and support to team members
Ensuring adherence to program requirements
Personal Specification:
Certificate IV in Aged Care or similar qualifications
Experience in delivering Aged Care/NDIS services
Ability to lead a team in a high-contact environment
Commitment to workplace diversity and safety
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and databases
Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and COVID vaccination
