We're expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who want to make a real difference while enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle.

About the Role
Whether you're a new graduate or experienced practitioner, you'll work closely with children, adults, and families to deliver family-centred therapy that fosters confidence, independence, and connection.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Providing individual and group therapy to children and adults in clinic, home, preschool, school, and community settings.
* Conducting assessments and developing goal-based therapy plans in partnership with clients and families.
* Using a bottom-up, holistic and collaborative approach to deliver therapy that builds on each client's strengths and interests.
* Completing documentation, NDIS reports, and progress notes in line with professional standards.
* Liaising with parents, teachers, health professionals, and support coordinators to achieve client goals.
* Contributing to the design and delivery of group programs and community-based initiatives.
* Participating in mentoring, case conferencing, and professional development opportunities within our supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for people who are passionate about helping others and committed to collaborative, evidence-based practice.
You'll bring:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Experience or interest in working with children and adults with disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, ODD, and Intellectual Disability.
* Knowledge of NDIS principles and pathways.
* Understanding of trauma-informed practice or a willingness to develop skills in this area.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience delivering therapy face-to-face and via telehealth (desirable).
