Known for delivering exceptional workmanship and dependable customer service, they specialise in ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for their clients. They are now seeking a Qualified Electrical Trade Technician - Automation to join their skilled and supportive team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic, well-established company. Based in Shepparton, Victoria, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a chance to build a long-term career in the Electric Motor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems, motors, and machinery
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical faults
- Installing, upgrading, and modifying electrical systems as required
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of completed work
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical and safety standards
- Working collaboratively with the wider maintenance and production teams to optimise performance and minimise downtime
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified electrician with a current licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong technical knowledge of motors, control systems, and industrial machinery
- Confident using electrical diagnostic and testing equipment
- Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on safety
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
