**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage incentive programs, including leaderboard updates
- Support the BDM team, provide them with consistent updates
- Monitor and manage brochure stock
- Coordinate and participate in conference & expos; including event registrations and collating marketing materials
- Coordinate famils; negotiate rates with suppliers, liaise with the product team to create itineraries
- Maintain and manage the agent database and reward programs
- New user setup and office IT lead
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Travel industry experience is ideal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in IT systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work
- Expert knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to attend assist the sales team at expo's and conferences
**THE PACKAGE**
- Full-time - Monday to Friday
- Excellent salary of $70-75k + super
