Job Description
As a Security Access Administrator, you will be responsible for managing access to company property, including the development of policies and procedures. You will also be involved in performing general administrative tasks, managing project drives, files, and calendars.
You will work collaboratively with the Global Security Activity team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our physical workplace and delivery of high-quality services and results to customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative tasks, manage project drives, files, and calendars
* Assist with report preparation, team communications, and monitoring
* Assist with facilities management related activities, including initiation of purchase requisitions
* Perform access control and monitoring to company property, including development of policies and procedures
* Verify identification to maintain export control compliance
Requirements:
* Relevant office or project administrator experience
* Customer service experience or experience in a customer-based position
* Understanding of a defence or secure environment
* Competent and familiar with the Word Suite, most notably Excel
* Highly organized, task-oriented, self-starter that demonstrates a high degree of initiative and requires minimal supervision
* Ability to be on-call as required by business needs and to travel periodically as planned or unplanned
* Australian Citizenship to meet Defence security requirements
