About The Role
We're searching for a fairness-first thinker and accredited coach to architect our approach to talent and coaching. You'll support our cultural transformation through 'Raising the bar for Leadership' by leading one of the sub-streams, focused on Insights & Impact embedding bias-free talent practices, succession frameworks and coaching experiences that enable potential and build trust. This role calls for someone who balances empathy with rigour — shaping systems that are fair, human and future-ready. You'll bring practical talent development experience, coaching expertise, a deep understanding of career mapping, and an ability to connect learning, talent development and coaching strategies to evolving business needs.
If you're committed to creating clarity, cultivating talent, and solving important problems while helping build trust in society, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
* Accreditation as a certified coach and experience leading and working in a coaching community of practice
* Proven Experience in design thinking, talent calibration and talent succession planning
* Certificate in training and assessment
* Strong background in talent development with hands-on experience in career mapping and pathways design
* Strong background in partnering with the business to align talent identification and development to business capability and workforce needs
* Systems Thinking – Links diagnostics, pathways and coaching into one connected experience
* Talent architecture & succession design – Experience building equitable and future-fit career and succession frameworks
* Internal coaching strategy – deep understanding of coaching methodologies; able to deploy and govern internal coaching pool
In this role, your impact will be seen by:
* Lead Raise the Bar for Leadership (RTBFL) Insights & Impact Stream: Develop and deliver a dashboard that synthesizes diverse data sources to provide leaders with actionable insights into their impact, growth potential, and development opportunities
* Design and shape approaches to talent identification, succession, career pathways, and internal coaching enablement
* Fair & Future-Fit Frameworks: Govern success profiles, role diagnostics, and readiness frameworks that mitigate bias and enable equitable access to opportunity
* Talent Development Leadership: Apply deep talent development and design thinking experience to architect career mapping frameworks that enable business-aligned growth across the firm. Oversee talent identification and key talent programs
* Coaching Pool Enablement: Build and manage the internal coaching community, ensuring standards, accreditation and deployment align with business needs and priorities
* Practice Review & Evolution: Assess and evolve current talent practices with a fairness lens; champion transparency, clarity and consistency in career pathways. Support calibration and talent conversations
* Measurement & Impact: Establish data rhythms and feedback loops to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
* Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with OD, P&C, and business leaders to embed a trust-building talent and coaching experience
