Key responsibilities:
* New membership – manage and achieve every step of the sales process to grow the club member base
* Assist in all daily operations within your club - including sales, admin, cleaning, social media, and spending time engaging with members
* Work closely with the Club Manager and your team to achieve the clubs goals
* Assisting members with enquiries
* Promotion of the club within the local community
* Driving marketing and advertising campaigns, including in club social media
* Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment
Successful candidate will need:

* Self motivation: Willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
* Be able to work autonomously
* Proactive: Offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
* Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others

Previous customer service experience in retail/hospitality or similar sectors is desirable.
Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is required.
Working with children, first aid, police check, drivers license are a requirement.
