At last you'll be able to utilise your top secretarial skills in a busy role that covers all aspects of Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution. Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Principal and Lawyers, your varied day will include, but not be limited to: • diary management and arranging appointments • dictaphone typing • file management including opening and closing files • producing and amending legal documents • Preparing Court documents • time recording and end of month billing • screening telephone calls and liaising with clients and • screening Skills and experience we'd love With previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Litigation/Dispute Resolution law working at a law firm, you will also have: • excellent time management skills • strong MS Word/ typing skills, • high attention to detail • ability to work to deadlines • a positive and pro-active team attitude Let's talk!
