Your Duties:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless freight operations
* Monitor and analyse operational performance, implementing improvements where necessary
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
* Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and client base
* Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience

* Proven experience in freight broking / freight forwarding, or logistics operations
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Proficiency in logistics software and technology solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
