About The Role
Full Time | Ongoing
* Lead the delivery of end-to-end HR operations while contributing to the School's people strategy and Strategic Plan
* Manage full recruitment, selection, contracting and onboarding processes for all staff, contractors and volunteers
* Coordinate staff performance review and appraisal processes across the School, including middle and senior leadership roles
* Support staff wellbeing, grievance management and workplace resolutions processes in a confidential and proactive manner
* Oversee WorkCover, return-to-work processes and liaison with payroll and external insurers
The Successful Candidate Will
* Hold relevant HR qualifications and substantial experience across contemporary human resource management
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance requirements, and (ideally) the Victorian Catholic Education employment framework
* Exhibit excellent judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to manage sensitive and complex HR matters
* Operate effectively in a dynamic environment, showing flexibility, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.
