About the Role
The Finance Officer is a key member of the Finance and Administration team at the College. The role supports day‐to‐day financial processing tasks related to accounts receivable across both the Junior and Senior schools. This is a full‐time, ongoing opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day‐to‐day financial processing tasks related to accounts receivable.
- Work across both the Junior and Senior schools to support financial operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and resolve billing inquiries.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
Qualifications
- Focused and organised individual with a 'can‐do' attitude.
- Experience in finance within a service‐based institution (preferred).
- Customer‐focused approach with high attention to detail.
- Effective time management and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise tact, initiative and integrity.
- Eligibility for current National Police Clearance and WWC clearance.
