As the Pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure that all guests receive an unforgettable experience.
The primary responsibility of the role will be to ensure that all aspects of pool supervision are effectively covered, with the highest level of focus on safety and the application of First Aid as required.
While assisting in maintaining the general up-keep and maintenance of centre facilities to provide outstanding customer service as per company standards.

About the Role
Supervise the pool environment and centre facilities to ensure the highest standard of public safety.
Make decisions under pressure, stay alert and vigilant and manage conflicts.
Assist in maintaining the facility in a clean and safe condition.
Communicate in a positive manner with patrons and the broader community whilst contributing to a fun and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Respond efficiently and effectively to any medical or customer related incidents and report to your superior accordingly.
About You
NSW Pool Lifeguard Licence
Provide First Aid and CPR Certification
Hold or eligible to obtain a NSW Working with Children check
