About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store experience for a premium jewellery retailer. This role is both creative and hands-on, responsible for designing and implementing visual concepts that showcase products, capture customer attention, and strengthen the brand's identity.
You will partner closely with Retail, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns and product launches are brought to life in stores, while also providing training and support to managers and staff to maintain high standards of presentation across the network.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and roll out seasonal visual merchandising plans that align with product launches and promotional activity
* Design, install, and refresh windows, showcases, and in-store displays that inspire and engage customers
* Ensure brand consistency across all locations, from high-profile flagships to smaller boutiques
* Produce easy-to-follow VM toolkits and provide training to store teams on execution standards
* Visit stores regularly to review display quality, coach teams, and provide actionable feedback
* Collaborate with marketing and product leaders to align storytelling across online and in-store channels
* Monitor performance and provide reporting on the commercial impact of VM initiatives
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in visual merchandising, ideally in jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail
* Strong eye for design, detail, and retail storytelling
* Proven ability to create visual guidelines and train teams effectively
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on work
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous)
* Flexibility to travel interstate and work outside standard hours when required
