The Role:
Offering a wide range of products including newspapers, books, magazines, stationery, and confectionery our Relay store is a one shop destination to surprise and delight our travellers.
We're looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Ballina Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine

* Great availability Mon through Sun AM/PM shifts prioritised
What You'll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We're Looking For:
Passion for customer service & sales
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Well-groomed & professionally presented
Retail/ customer service experience
Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
