The Role:

As a Project Management Graduate, you will work with various teams responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and scope. You will support strategic planning initiatives and have the opportunity to be onsite at our projects.

The Program Structure:
">
The program consists of four six-month rotations, two of which are predetermined: Built Form, Civil and Infrastructure, and Sustainability (or Procurement). The remaining two rotations will be selected by you, with the help and support of your Career Coach.

Responsibilities:
">

* Scope, Design, and Deliver Projects: Work across design and cost management, control, monitoring, and reporting, as well as other areas to deliver high-quality projects.
">
* Maximise Profitability and Information Exchange: Contribute to maximising profitability, information exchange, and business outcomes.
">
* Schedule, Revenue, and Cost Objectives: Provide support to ensure schedule, revenue, and cost objectives are met.
">
* Stakeholder Engagement Plans: Develop and review Stakeholder Engagement Plan(s).
">
* Market Influences: Monitor contractor activity to better understand market influences.
">
* Sustainability Programs: Actively engage in Stockland's sustainability programs and support the delivery of a community and environmental shared value proposition.

Requirements:

* Citizenship or Residency: Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
">
* Education: Completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date.
">
* Degree Subjects: We are excited to consider candidates who have studied Architecture, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, Project Management, Property & Quantity Surveying but will also consider other related degree subjects.
">
