We are seeking an experienced Factual Investigator / Personal Injury Investigator to join our established and growing team. Worksite Investigations is a respected investigative organisation delivering professional investigation services across workers' compensation claims, public liability insurance, motor vehicle accidents, fraud investigations, and insurance matters.
This is an opportunity for a skilled and reliable investigator to support our Personal Injury Investigations team on a contractor basis, delivering high-quality factual and insurance investigations across Sydney metropolitan and regional areas. We offer consistent case allocations, flexible working arrangements, and strong operational support.
What We're Looking For:
Proactive and Professional: You act with integrity, communicate confidently face to face with claimants and witnesses, and represent our organisation to the highest professional standard.
Experienced: Minimum of 2 years' experience in factual or insurance investigations, and conducting face to face interviews.
Experience in personal injury, workers compensation, public liability, or motor vehicle accident matters will be highly regarded.
Skilled: Strong face to face interview, statement taking and report writing abilities, excellent time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while adhering to client instructions and compliance requirements.
Work Autonomously: Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently while remaining responsive and collaborative with our investigations team.
Flexible: Capable of managing metro and regional assignments with adaptable working hours when required.
Tech‐Savvy: Proficient in computer use, digital reporting platforms, and producing clear, accurate, court‐ready reports with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
* Current Inquiry Agent Licence and Driver Licence (essential)
* Minimum 2 years' factual or insurance investigation experience
* Access to a reliable motor vehicle
* Own laptop and portable printer
