We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic coordinators to join our team, one based at our Wollongbar service and one based at our Alstonville service.
In this role, you will develop valuable skills in building strong relationships with children and parents, while helping to deliver innovative programs that cater to the needs of school-aged children.
You will lead the day-to-day operations at the service, ensuring a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children. You will also develop and facilitate programs that include sports, games, cooking, art, and craft.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the community. Supervise and mentor educators, junior employees, and students to ensure high-quality service delivery. Ensure a safe and inclusive environment in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
* Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
* 3+ years of experience working with school-aged children
* Ability to work independently and supervise groups of up to 15 children
* Experience in leading and mentoring staff in an education setting
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of childhood development, programming, and regulations
* Ability to use digital and cloud-based systems for administration and reporting
