Responsibilities
You will have total accountability for creating and executing agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management. Your passion for beauty will shine as you become a trusted expert in Make Up, Skincare & Fragrance.
Skills and experience
- Superior selling skills in Make Up with a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in the beauty or retail sales industry
- Experience working with KPIs
- Proactive and positive approach to work and tasks
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and your team
- Appreciation and knowledge of luxury retail
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team workplace dependent on task
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- Must be punctual, flexible, passionate, dedicated, and attentive to details
This role is required to work weekends and public holidays.
