* Managing arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out processes, phone calls, and maintaining customer information.
* Serving as the primary liaison between resort services, meetings and events sales teams, and client companies.
* Overseeing Meetings and Events operations, guaranteeing a smooth experience for group stays.
* Elevating our service standards to meet Club Med's quality expectations.
* Monitoring economic and qualitative performance in the Meetings and Events area.
* Maintaining adherence to Club Med's health and safety protocols and asset maintenance.
