A prestigious Fortune 500 SaaS organisation powering small businesses globally is hiring a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to support international growth across APAC Markets.
This role sits within a high-performing Sydney-based Digital team and is ideal for a performance marketer with hands-on experience across SEM, Programmatic, and paid acquisition, who thrives in fast-paced, data-led environments.
The Opportunity
You'll support the Paid Media function across campaign execution, optimisation, testing, and reporting, partnering closely with acquisition, segment marketing, creative teams, and agencies to drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities
* Executing, QA'ing, and optimising paid media campaigns across SEM & Programmatic
* Developing bidding, targeting, and inventory trading strategies
* Managing budget pacing, performance, and KPI delivery
* Campaign reporting, insights, forecasting, and performance optimisation
* Coordinating creative assets and campaign deliverables with internal teams and agencies
* Supporting experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid iteration
* Contributing to paid media roadmap, strategy, processes, and tooling
* Partnering cross-functionally to align Paid, Owned & Earned media activity
Qualifications
* 3+ years experience in SEM & Programmatic Trading
* Hands-on experience with DV360, Programmatic, and paid social platforms
* Experience using Adobe Analytics, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
* Highly analytical, data-led, and comfortable running performance experiments
* Strong stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams
* Industry experience in Agency OR in Fintech is highly desirable
