We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead a critical initiative involving the procurement and integration of a new Payment Gateway service.
This role is essential for automating financial workflows, including invoicing, refunds, and settlements for solar and Consumer Energy Resources (CER) connection applications.
The project involves complex systems integration between the new gateway, a CER Portal, and an Oracle financial system.
You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring the solution is scalable for future business needs.
Key Responsibilities Project Governance: Establish the delivery approach, detailed project planning, and governance structures.
Procurement Lead: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requirements definition, options analysis, and feasibility assessments.
Systems Integration: Coordinate the technical integration between the Payment Gateway, CER Portal, and Oracle ERP.
Workflow Automation: Oversee the automation of fee events, invoicing, and financial settlements.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between Finance and ICT teams to manage risks, dependencies, and operational handovers.
Engagement Structure This role follows a phased commitment: Phase 1 (Initial): Full-time during the planning and establishment phase.
Phase 2 (Delivery): Transition to a partial FTE (0.1 to 0.5) for the remainder of the 6-month contract.
Skills & Experience Required Proven Integration Experience: Success in delivering complex system integrations involving financial or transactional systems.
ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Oracle financial systems or equivalent enterprise-grade ERP platforms.
Financial Literacy: Strong ability to collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders within a regulated environment.
Consulting Mindset (Desirable): Background in consulting/advisory roles or professional experience in billing and third-party payment services.
