About Us
At One Disability Supports & Mentors (ODS), we believe disability support should be about empowerment, independence, and real connection.
We are dedicated to helping participants build capacity, independence, and confidence across all areas of life. From children to adults, our team supports a wide range of needs including:
* Functional capacity & home and living assessments (SIL, ILO, SDA)
* Assistive technology recommendations & home modifications
* Capacity-building therapy across daily living, social skills, and emotional regulation
* Community access, mentoring, and independence-focused support
* Specialist supports for psychosocial disability and complex needs
Our leadership is hands-on and approachable — we continue to work directly with participants, so we understand what frontline practice really looks like. At ODS, you're not just filling a role — you're joining a team that genuinely cares.
Why Work With ODS?
Flexibility – remote work options, self-managed caseloads, and family-friendly hours
Growth – ongoing PD, mentoring, and a supportive environment that invests in you
Culture – values-driven, inclusive, and team-oriented (we've built a company where you'll feel heard and supported)
Impact – work with participants across Perth and WA, changing lives in meaningful ways
About You
We're looking for an OT who is:
* Registered with AHPRA
* Experienced (or keen to grow) in NDIS and community disability supports
* Values-driven: compassionate, proactive, and reflective
* Skilled in communication, report writing, and building participant trust
* Open to flexible work styles – whether permanent, part-time, or contractor
NDIS experience is preferred, but we welcome early-career therapists with the right values and drive.
What We Offer
* Competitive pay + revenue share opportunities for the right candidate
* Flexible arrangements (full-time, part-time, or contract)
* Professional development tailored to your goals, not just a "set budget"
* Clinical supervision, peer support, and mentoring
* A leadership team that "gets it" – because we're still working on the ground too
* Admin and systems support so you can focus on therapy, not paperwork
