Job Title: Senior Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the administration staff, you will play a vital role in providing operational, governance and workforce support to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage administration staff, ensuring effective performance, development and operational support.
* Oversee administrative and business support systems, driving improvements in service delivery, efficiency and productivity.
* Provide high-level operational, governance and risk management advice to the Executive Director, including reports, briefing notes and coordination of complex matters.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business Partners and Service Groups to support quality initiatives and organisational objectives.

* A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
