Job Description:
This role entails building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers across the Northern Territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze customer satisfaction data and develop corrective actions.
The Account Development Specialist will be responsible for driving business opportunities that align with client needs, developing and managing key contacts within end-user accounts, and achieving targeted sales revenue and growth goals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building strong relationships with existing and new customers
* Developing and maintaining key contacts within end-user accounts
* Analyzing customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement
* Developing and implementing corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent in a related field
* Previous experience in account management
* Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to analyze customer satisfaction data and develop corrective actions
* Good knowledge of contracting and tendering procedures
* Knowledge of relevant statutory body requirements and Australian Standards
