Senior Team Organiser – Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C

The CWA is a single delivery organisation that supports the construction of Sizewell C, a 3.2‐gigawatt low‐carbon power station. This role will be within the CWA Wide Section and supports the SZC team.
What will you do?
* Support the SZC team by maintaining administration tasks: booking travel and accommodation, welcoming new starters, coordinating diaries, arranging events, and initiating IT requests.
* Take responsibility for general office administration duties including mail control, diary coordination, personnel records, and returns.
* Arrange travel, hotels, vehicles, PPE and other office consumables through local purchasing.
* Organise meetings, prepare and disseminate meeting documentation, take minutes and follow up actions.
* Provide a consistent presence to deliver excellent customer service and communication to the team.
* Maintain an efficient electronic filing system for meeting minutes, statutory records and approvals.
* Report team problems (e.g., IT, facilities) and monitor responses.
* Act as central point of contact to ensure efficient communication flows with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the vetting & onboarding coordinator by liaising with delegates and suppliers.
* Assist new starters with joining information and IT requests.
* Support compliance with internal and external audits.
* Review and process recruitment requirements.
* Manage project databases.
* Collaborate with team leaders to define and track key performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis.
* Provide training support for operatives to support audits.
* Line‐manage admin for the site.
* Facilitate visualization meeting management.
* Oversee team organisers in sectors when required.
* Support stakeholder relationships.
* Oversee logistics between site operations and CWA needs.
Knowledge & Skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

* Ability to organise, multi‐task and prioritise.
* Experience of office working.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Administration experience.
* Experience of using Office 365.
