Job Description
Reporting to the National Delivery Lead, you will manage a small onsite team, supporting our Candidates and our customer, from end to end.
Responsibilities
* Supervising and/or leading a team
* Receiving and responding to emails and telephone calls
* Coordinating tasks and managing clients expectations
* Guiding & coaching account managers
* Managing quarterly client reviews
* Developing and executing in line with customer needs / requirements
* Ensuring that forms and documents are correctly filled in
* Handling queries professionally
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience managing a team as well as working with large volumes.
Your background will demonstrate:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
* Attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
* Ability to work independently
