In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance, repairs, and testing of our healthcare equipment. This equipment includes beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters, and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.
Location: Birralee SA branch
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Service Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service.
* The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality, and admin skills.
* Current and valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to meet client requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service.
* Prepare clear, accurate, and concise service records.
* Maintain servicing equipment and the company vehicle in good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate.
* Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings, and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs.
* Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy.
* Fully maintained company van, mobile, and laptop.
