The role is responsible for assisting the line manager in conducting market research, analyzing competitor and industry trends, monitoring sales, and evaluating corporate product and service performance.
Main Duties
* Assist line manager in conducting market research to identify gaps and opportunities within business products and services;
* Assist line manager in analyzing competitor offerings and industry trends to inform product development;
* Assist line manager in creating detailed product and service specifications and documentation;
* Assist line manager in monitoring product and service performance and making adjustments as needed;
* Produce sales dashboards, sales reports and monitor their performance;
* Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform future product and service development initiatives;
* Prepare presentations and reports for manager;
* Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
Skill/Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or other related fields;
* At least 3 years of working experience in a related field;
* Knowledge of data analysis;
* Microsoft Office skills;
* Power BI, SQL and/or other reporting software;
* Strong presentation skills;
