Clinical Nurse Specialist - ARF/RHD Management
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of strategies that are culturally responsive, evidence-based, and sustainable to increase workforce capacity.
* Eembed standardized processes for ARF/RHD management including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care, and care coordination of people living with RhD.
This position has a large clinical component and is one of three Clinical Nurse positions led by a Program Coordinator within the Public Health Division.
Key Responsibilities
Implement culturally responsive ARF/RHD strategies to increase workforce capacity.
Embed standardized processes for ARF/RHD management including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care, and care coordination of people living with RhD.
Work collaboratively with the Program Coordinator to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
