Role Description/Criteria About us Since 2012, we have led the way in radically inclusive education by providing a secure, inclusive, and flexible learning environment for young people who have experienced barriers to accessing mainstream education. Our team supports young people in re-engaging with learning through neuroaffirming, strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches that meet individual needs. We prioritise honest and authentic relationships with young people, their families, and communities, fostering a culture that values dignity and the uniqueness of each person. We offer a full-time, multi-year secondary education program designed to meet diverse learning needs. Through flexible and innovative teaching methods, we provide a safe, supportive and holistic learning experience that helps young people set learning goals, identify strengths, explore future pathways, and transition into adulthood, employment, further education, and community participation. Our campuses offer tailored programs that integrate wellbeing and education, ensuring individualised support so students thrive. We work closely with families, community organisations, and support services to provide wraparound support that addresses educational and personal development needs.
Our Young People Young people come from diverse backgrounds and often face a significant and complex range of barriers to learning, which require unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation By Principles framework, combining education with trauma-informed practices. Our staff provide a safe, respectful, and empowering learning environment where young people develop confidence, reconnect with education, and work toward their goals.
Our Team BlendED is an innovative online engagement curriculum program that addresses the complex needs young people face when engaging outside the home or with community or education.
