Essential Responsibilities:-
* Work closely with frontline and management team driving HSE excellence across a business where everyone is responsible for HSE.
* Coach and mentor supervisors and managers on building a strong HSE culture and accountability for HSE in their areas.
* Work closely with local and regional HSE teams as well as SME on specific risks relating to a Oil & Gas supply base.
* Provide support to and participate in emergency response arrangements, including the development and maintenance of procedures and training.
* Develop and deliver HSE awareness and workforce engagement programmes as required.
* Focus on the Health aspects of HSE especially mental health promotion among the site.
Requirements
* NEBOSH or Cert 4 in OHS Certificate or equivalent or
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
* Min 5-10 of working experience related with HSE background
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
