About the Role
We're looking for a grounded, hands‐on leader to oversee our Work Connections programs, including gardening, car washing, and retail operations. This role is based in Mildura.
This is a role where you'll set the tone, bring structure, and drive high performance.
You will
* Lead and support Disability Support Workers, Senior Support, and Supported Employees
* Oversee daily operations, rostering and workflow
* Build quality and consistency in service delivery
* Assist in upskilling our supported employees, particularly in gardening, maintenance and presentation
* Drive accountability, clear expectations and follow-through
* Coach and develop staff
* Collaborate with our Senior Support across multiple programs
* Maintain reporting, systems and operational processes
You'll be supported by
* A capable, experienced team
* Onsite administrative support
* A connected and supportive leadership group across C2A

About You

Skills & Experience
* Leadership or management experience
* Strong organisational and operational ability
* Experience in busy or dynamic environments
* Exposure to disability, community services or similar (work or life experience)
* Business acumen and operational awareness
* Comfortable with systems, reporting and administrative tasks
* Experience in gardening, trades or supported employment is highly regarded
* Exposure and/or an understanding of the disability sector is highly regarded
* Willingness and determination to acquire the knowledge and skills required to ensure high delivery of services and industry compliance.
