We are seeking an experienced
Lead / Enterprise Business Analyst
to play a pivotal role in delivering complex, strategic programs across the enterprise.
This role involves driving business analysis at a program level, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives through Agile and user-centered approaches.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored communication and engagement.
* Provide expert advice and specialist knowledge to senior executives, delivering options analysis and plans for business improvement initiatives.
* Lead enterprise or program-level business analysis activities, including scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation for complex strategic programs.
* Support and drive user-centered design, co-design, and Agile delivery processes.
* Produce key deliverables within a DevOps and Agile model, including feature definitions, user stories, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
* Translate technical solutions into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders, demonstrating how solutions achieve business outcomes.
* Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, supporting their professional development.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with proven experience leading business analysis teams on complex or strategic programs.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate complex IT solutions to senior executives, clearly showing how business outcomes are achieved.
* Strong expertise in Agile delivery methods, user-centered design, and DevOps frameworks.
* Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Applicants MUST be an Australian Citizens.
Qualifications & Certifications:
* Formal qualifications in a relevant field
* Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Scrum are highly regarded
* SAFe5 certification is advantageous
