This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter to join Ridley AgriProducts based in Terang. If you have hands-on experience performing maintenance activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment, then we are interested in hearing from you.

The Role
Working closely with the site Maintenance team, the successful applicant will have experience working on manufacturing and bulk handling equipment, safety management practices, and the ability to carry out both time-critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance. Experience with computer-based maintenance programs will be highly regarded. The role involves leadership, ensuring workloads are handled promptly, motivating the workshop team, and supporting task completion. The role may grow to ensure continuity when the Maintenance Manager is not on site.
You will have
* A mechanical Trade qualification - essential
* Knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation
* Experience working with planned preventative maintenance programs
* Ability to work under pressure
* Industry experience working with manufacturing and maintenance teams
* People management skills
