All Set Traffic Solutions are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead in this rewarding full-time role, overseeing traffic management operations across South Australia.
Duties & responsibilities:
Re-engage and strengthen relationships with senior management at Tier 1 clients including Service Stream, SA Water, and Fulton Hogan.
Provide strategic oversight and act as the \"bridge\" between back-office functions and Tier 1 clients.
Oversee compliance and scheduling work performed by Admin and Operations teams in Traffio.
Champion \"Positive Duty\" WHS obligations using the BrightHR platform and ensure safety frameworks are upheld.
Collaborate with the Accountant and Admin staff to monitor business health, review financial performance, and optimise margins.
Mentor and guide existing Admin and Operations staff to meet KPIs and maintain high standards.
Qualifications & attributes:
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with Tier 1 clients and contractors.
Deep understanding of the South Australian traffic and civil landscape.
General knowledge of MS Excel is essential; familiarity with Traffio is advantageous though non-essential.
Ability to review data and hold teams accountable through software platforms rather than performing manual entry.
Capable of working alongside an accountant to understand P&L and drive business growth.
White card and traffic management tickets required.
Valid driver's licence is essential.
