The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Representative to join our QLD team. Based in Cairns, you'll be responsible for driving the sale and distribution of our wine portfolio across a defined territory.
Key responsibilities include:
* Growing distribution and sales across retail & on‐premise.
* Managing and developing a defined territory.
* Building strong, long‐term customer relationships.
* Executing promotions and driving in‐store excellence.
* Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
* Representing our brands at trade tastings & activations.
* Regional travel approx. 4 nights per month.
About You
You're an experienced sales professional with strong industry connections and a genuine passion for wine. You thrive in autonomous roles, are highly organised, and consistently deliver results. Your excellent communication skills and customer‐first mindset make you a trusted partner to clients across retail and hospitality.
We're looking for the following skills and experience:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the wine or beverage industry.
* Proven sales success in FMCG, with at least 3 years' experience.
* Strong territory management and business planning capabilities.
* A positive, solution‐focused attitude and strong problem‐solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trade‐level relationships (retail and on‐premise).
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* A current driver's licence.
