About the role
You will provide strategic internal communications advice and delivery to CBUS' people, in support of Fund-wide and business unit objectives and in line with our Internal Communications Strategy.
This will include:
* Managing internal messages across a network of communication channels, including Intranet (SharePoint), email, All Staff events, video, and digital signage
* Working with your colleagues to strategically build, pitch and gain endorsement of the annual internal communication and engagement channel approach
* Managing and ensuring optimisation of the internal communications infrastructure, channels and events to ensure our strategy and business plan are clearly communicated
* Partnering closely with Executives and other key stakeholders, providing strategic communications advice as required to ensure content is meaningful, clear, and reflective of the Fund strategy and priorities
* Monitoring and reporting on communications effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing relevant changes
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience in internal communications, ideally within the financial services industry or a similarly complex, regulated corporate environment.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for tone and audience.
* Experience with editing and analytics in SharePoint, combined with familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
