About the role
The Organisational Development Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and embedding the culture that enables our people to deliver exceptional outcomes for our members.
Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing evolution and delivery of key organisational development frameworks, including our approach to performance management, career development and talent and succession management. This includes leading enterprise-wide reviews, developing practical tools and resources to build capability, embedding frameworks through strong stakeholder engagement and providing insight and thought leadership to executives and the Board.
You will work closely and collaborate with Business Partners, leaders and the P&C leadership team to deliver OD projects that strengthen teams and leadership effectiveness to deliver on our strategy. By ensuring CBUS has consistent, future-focused and well-understood people frameworks, this role is vital in building a resilient organisation with the right capability and talent to meet both current and future members needs.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead the review, evolution and embedding of CBUS' Performance and Development Framework to support strategy, culture and regulatory requirements
* Manage and deliver the annual goal setting and performance review cycle, including communications, learning interventions, systems and reporting
* Own and enhance career development frameworks and tools, driving understanding and uptake through workshops and clear communication
* Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide talent management and succession planning frameworks, tools and reporting
* Deliver bespoke organizational development projects and support the rollout and embedding of key OD frameworks across the fund
What will you bring?
* Experience in a similar Organizational Development, Culture Transformation or related HR Leadership role
* Proven capability designing and delivering enterprise-wide programs including; performance, talent and capability frameworks
* Strong understanding in CPS511 obligations with respect to performance frameworks
* Demonstrated success evolving and embedding Performance frameworks in complex or high-growth environments
* Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
* Highly organized and outcome-focused, able to prioritise work and operate autonomously
