Job Title: Systems Assurance Coordinator
Our organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Systems Assurance Coordinator.
This position reports directly to the Safety Superintendent and is responsible for providing technical expertise in the implementation and delivery of safety strategies, systems, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of safety strategies, systems, and initiatives.
* Engage with operational leaders to drive safety improvement through collaboration and communication.
* Support site leadership in promoting a positive culture through effective engagement and communication strategies.
* Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making processes.
* Develop and coordinate the site assurance program to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
* Maintain and improve the safety management system to optimize performance and minimize risks.
* Provide technical advice on risk management frameworks to ensure best practices are applied.
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Work, Health, and Safety.
* Auditing qualification with demonstrated experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* High level of computer literacy and proficiency in software applications.
* Positive disposition with excellent influencing and inspiring skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage fluctuating workloads, projects, and conflicting priorities.
* Ability to hold self and others accountable for results and outcomes.

Location and Working Conditions:
Based at our Hunter Valley operations location. Professional roster Monday to Friday. Regular working hours and a safe working environment.
