About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager looking to take the next step in their career. With a salary of $*****K depending on experience, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume venue. This hands-on role suits someone passionate about leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring operations run smoothly.
Position Description
Oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and entertainment
Lead and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and licensing obligations
Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting
Support the Venue Manager with rostering, training, and operations
Act as the senior contact point for staff and customers during shifts
Position Requirements
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality
Strong people management and communication skills
Proven ability to manage busy, high-volume service environments
Sound knowledge of compliance, cash handling, and reporting
Current Victorian RSA and RCG certifications
Availability for a flexible roster, including nights and weekends
