Our client is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join their team as a Service Advisor at their site based in Broome.
This role would ideally suit someone currently doing this type of role or similar.
This role would suit someone that is looking to get away from big city life whilst earning an excellent salary.
Broome is a beach resort town in western Australia's Kimberley region.
Along its Indian Ocean coastline, the white sands of 22km-long Cable Beach offer a dramatic backdrop for sunset camel rides.

The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the customer and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients, customers and visitors
- Answering all incoming calls and directing appropriately
- Taking enquiries and service bookings
- Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
- Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job
- Liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Gaining authorisation for extra work
- Helping bring new business into the service department
Skills and experience
- Must have high attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone manner
- Sound knowledge of auto mechanics
Remuneration and benefits
A good remuneration package is on offer, including a valuable retainer and uncapped commissions.
